We contacted Level Up to find a viable solution to our rental home heating / cooling automation needs.
John at Level Up Automation of NY Metro was able to find us a solution. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with and worked hard to ensure that he fully understood our situation and could provide the best product to fit our needs. He was timely in his communication, was very professional, and made sure we were happy with the solution.
Level Up provides all kinds of services and now that we’ve established this relationship, we are talking with John about doing even more things (whole house speakers and a swing down TV mount to name a few).
