I come from a family of building custom homes and have always been the “decorator”. I grew up in this industry and it’s a huge passion of mine. What I love most is creating a unique and inviting space that resembles you and who you are. Taylor was very responsive and helpful with coming up with a design that worked for me within my limited budget. Her willingness to help me with my million questions set her apart from the other quotes I received. She gave me design advice prior to me even committing to the remodel! The work the team did during the install was not only quick but great quality. They wrapped the cabinet install up in 2 days between demo and install but quality didn’t suffer. The whole team was extremely friendly and accommodating to my work schedule. I would definitely recommend them for you kitchen remodeling needs!

Update: Upon leaving my review, Taylor responded immediately to say she'd been dealing with an emergency. Emergencies do happen (we've all been there!) -- but lack of communication makes a poor start to any relationship. === Was surprised to receive an immediate response to my initial query, considering it was a weekend. After what seemed to be a pleasant exchange she said she would send me more information by the end of the day Monday. Monday came and went.. crickets. I messaged again hoping something had just gotten overlooked.. but again no response at all. Today is Friday with no word -- disappointing. :(

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a few billing methods in interior design, I speak with the client and do which they are most comfortable with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting with new clients and it's even better when they turn into life-long friends. First and foremost, I love to learn about one another and built that trust. If we find it's a good fit for both parties, there's nothing that can't be accomplished together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Student of The New York Institute of Art + Design. I have always been around design my whole life and it's something I have always 'had an eye for'.
