- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on an investigative plan. Each case is individual in its own way and the approach to find those answers differs. Once we go over your case collectively on the phone or in a meeting an investigative plan is put together that we both agree on. The price and retainer of the investigation is based off of this plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step after chatting online through Thumbtack is a phone call or a meeting at one of our offices or agreed upon meeting place. In the meeting or on the phone we would go over your particular situation and based on your budget figure out the best way to find the answers your looking for. We would then build an investigative plan that both of us agree upon and put that plan into action. We are in contact with all our clients throughout the investigation. We take video and photographs when needed and supply a report at the end of each case upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed/bonded and insured Private Investigative Company. We have over 50 years collectively of experience investigating cases of all types. With a 30 year retired police detective and an ex U.S. Miltary now civilian with 20 years of investigative experience both college educated with several awards, seminars and training courses for investigation, we work smartly to solve each case that were working on.
