I was genuinely surprised by these girl's service. I would say usually my expectations are really high, and many services don't satisfy me, but Grazy & Poly left me with nothing but satisfaction. I live in a 1000 sqft apartment, and within two hours of their arrival, my place was spotless! Everything was organized, my furniture was dusted, my dishes were washed, my rug was vacuumed, and my floor was mopped. I also checked to see if all the stains were removed, and surely enough they were. They were on time, had a reasonable quota, and cleaned thoroughly. 5/5 would definitely refer this service to all those who wants high-quality service with a friendly staff.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Each house is unique and so are clients need. Our rates are based on what you’re looking for, time spent to clean the property and how often the property will be cleaned. Transparency is our goal. There are no hidden fees, no contracts, no requirements. Our cleaning services start at $100 per visit. We do offer special prices for recurring weekly ,bi-weekly and monthly cleanings.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Ask this new customer how she/he likes things to be done in her/his home. We understand that every person has a favorite way of handing things at home, or possess Items that riquire special observation or specific cleaning routine, if there is someone allergic to any cleaning material, etc. 2. Present a desirable cleaning routine regarding the specific needs and expectations of our client and a timetable/forethought to complete the task. 3. Checklist 4.
