Kristian and his team overall did a fantastic job. Very communicative and responsive to our requests. We had multiple jobs done - opened up and patched a water damaged wall, diagnosed the issue and repaired said window trim, installed overhead light fixtures in various rooms, fixed a door in the basement to allow for better air flow, fixed the missing rodent proofing on the roof and chimney flashing, and even installed a Ring camera for us. Price points all seemed very fair too. Thanks for the hard work!

We needed to replace our front porch railing. Kristian and his crew came on time in the morning and completed the job in a day as he said. The railing came out sturdy and amazing. We are so happy that we found Kristian and his crew.

Kristian and his crew exceeded expectations through each phase of the project. He checked in every day and gave us status updates on the project. Kristian was honest and transparent whenever something unexpected popped up while offering best practices solutions.My wife and I were thrilled by the genuine care and concern they had for our home. During construction there was an unexpected storm that would have affected an exposed part of the house. Their crew came in the middle of the night to put up a tarp and protect our home.We could not be happier with K&X.

I contracted with K&X Construction Services to build an additional bedroom with a bath on my home. My experience was extremely positive and the finished product looks fabulous. Kristian, the company, owner, was professional, personable, and great to work with. His team were very hard workers, came every day and even on Saturdays, and did very high-quality work.
