- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the specific needs of each customer and the scope of the work. We take into account factors such as the size of the space, the level of cleaning required, and the frequency of service. We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden fees. Any additional costs for specialized services, such as deep cleaning or post-construction cleanup, will be discussed upfront during the initial consultation. We also offer discounts for long-term contracts, recurring services, or referrals. For example, customers who schedule weekly or bi-weekly cleanings may qualify for discounted rates. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with both our services and pricing structure. All walkthroughs are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to understand their specific needs and expectations. We take the time to discuss the scope of work, their preferences, and any special requirements they might have. Next, we conduct a walkthrough of the space, either in person or virtually, to assess its condition and determine the resources and time needed. Based on this, we provide a detailed and transparent quote. Once the customer approves, we schedule the service at a time that’s convenient for them. On the day of service, our team arrives promptly, fully equipped, and ready to deliver high-quality results. After completing the job, we follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied and address any feedback they may have. This allows us to continually improve and build a strong relationship based on trust and reliability.
