- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the party, and the length of party/event. Other considerations affecting pricing: * Weekday vs. weekend and holiday rates * Millage (may or may not be included depending on distance). * Grocery shopping for event needs and hours spent shopping. * Whether a tip jar is allowed. * What equipment or products I supply. * Extra time spent on consulting and shopping. * Mobile bar set up including linens and all bar accessories. I provide an agreement form that will outline all of this in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will quickly respond via Thumbtack, phone or email to ensure clear communication and that your expectations are being met. Whatever is best for you! I will start out with a Q and A to find out what your needs are. I will send all the details we will discuss in an agreement form to outline and confirm expectations.
