- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects everything needed for the event. It includes cups, lids, straws for smoothies as well as utensils and plates for sandwich catering. I ask for a deposit to secure your spot as well as to protect both of us!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk about the details! You might hire a food vendor to be at your corporation for 2 hours, but when will most of the eaters come? Should the vendor have lots prepared for the first half of the event? Will more people come later to get their food? Ask what is included in the package and if there's any extra charges you should be aware of!
