- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the lowest rates in our area. We offer discounts for all the military, whether your active or retired. We also offer discounts to fire and police. Identification may be asked for discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak to the customer over the phone, text or email. Second, we will then set up a time to come in person to discuss the service you are requesting. Third, we will give you an estimate to do the job. Last, we will set up a day and time to do the job, otherwise we sometimes offer same day service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every service that we offer, I have gone to school for or have worked at similar businesses for over 20 years.
