Our pricing is competitive and we offer discounts to Senior Citizens and active military. We believe in providing fair and transparent pricing to our customers for all of our services. Additionally, we offer free consultation for computer repairs, custom builds, security systems, home automation, POS systems, and networking. So, you can be assured that you will get the best value for your money when you choose us for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is broken down into three parts. First, talk to the customer to see what is going on with the product and what you need to have to be done. Make sure that we understand what is going on and what you need to have done. Second, we talk about the cost and choices that the customer has when it comes to the service they need to have. Finally, we get the job done for the customer and make sure that they are happy with the job that has been done for them.
