- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Trip Charges: Sometimes, depending on distance to job, there may be a small trip charge. Emergency Fees: If a Technician needs to go to job after 5pm, or a weekend, or a holiday, there may be emergency fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we need to see the job, discuss everything with the home owner to find out exactly want their wants and needs are in order to best fit every quote to that specific customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had to work for a company for a minimum of 5 yr and do 5 yrs of schooling I order to get plumbing license.
