I had an excellent experience with Melissa and Joel from Little River Wildlife Control. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Their pricing was very reasonable considering the extensive work they did. They thoroughly went through my entire house to ensure it was completely sealed and free from entry points for any little critters. Both Melissa and Joel were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even mentioned they would return in the spring to help with our chipmunk, mole, and shrew issues. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing wildlife control!

Having a few tunnels made by a mole or moles I contracted with Little River (Joel) after speaking with him over the phone. Our conversation led me to believe he was knowledgeable and honest.
He came soon after we talked (either that day or within a couple days). After explaining what he would do, he did it advising that he’d come
back in a week to check the tunnels and trap. He followed up as planned finding success in that any moles I had have been eliminated. Joel’s a nice guy, knowledgeable and does what he says he’ll do. I’d recommend him for anyone in need of his services.👍. Larry Musso, Middletown, CT

I paid $650 only to be left with $3 mouse traps that caught nothing. Despite claims of a chimney cleaning, no pictures were provided until I repeatedly asked, and I only saw a few images on a phone. Promises of full insulation across all rooms were unmet; only the living room was supposedly insulated. The most frustrating part was being charged upfront before work began. My wife, caught off guard, agreed. If you’re willing to pay hundreds for minimal work, go ahead—otherwise, steer clear and find more professional services. I won’t use them again.

Evening Ravi, we're sorry you feel that way. Little River strives to perform thorough work and establish lifelong clientele however there seems to be a misunderstanding of the work agreed to as we do not clean chimneys nor did we agree to install insulation at your property. The contract clearly stated an exclusion of the chimney flashing, baseboards in living room and dining area along with basement mechanical room. While our technician was on site he found another entry point near the sill ledge in basement and sealed at no cost to you. It sounds that the exclusion worked and removed mouse activity from your residence, should there still be any issues please note you still have a warranty that will cover a follow up visit until 11/15.

Explained my particular problem and how it would be fixed. Did the job and waited a while to make sure everything was working properly. Told us what to expect with a time frame. Promised to return if the problem was not fixed. We didn't need to do that. Professional and pleasant.

I had a tenant notify me of noises in our attic. I found Joel on thumbtack, and he was extremely responsive and quick to come out and find bats in our attic. Within a little over a week, all the bats were safely removed from the attic space. He cleaned out and sanitized the entire space and plugged any holes to prevent further re-entry. He is absolutely going to be my first call for any future problems!! I am extremely happy with the entire process
