The project involved fully painting an 800 square foot condo, including the bathroom and kitchen. I give him 5 stars for his outstanding work, delivered at a very competitive price. The contractor and his team commenced promptly and paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all my requirements were fully met. He prioritized quality over speed, a preference of mine. Furthermore, he went the extra mile by addressing overlooked items from previous contractors, such as installing shower tub casing, adjusting vanity drawers, and tidying up kitchen counters and cabinets. He was accommodating to last-minute changes, effectively managed his team, exhibited professionalism, and clearly understood his primary objective: customer satisfaction. I will definitely hire him again for my future projects.
