Could not be happier with the work & experience provided by Delmer, who is a true professional, craftsman, and all-around lovely person. Delmer not only replaced the weathered doors on my screened in porch, he also solved some sub-floor structural issues, replaced the broken siding, added new screens, and painted the interior. While he was on the job, I added in some other projects like reframing the exterior of my garage that he thankfully was able to take on at fair prices. Delmer was transparent throughout the process and executed all the work himself, which ensured that all the work was top notch. I plan on using Delmer for all future projects and highly recommend Delmer for anyone looking for a carpenter/everything fixer, etc.
