Staging Matters makes staging your listing or home as easy as 1, 2, 3. It’s often difficult and stressful to see your own home as a product while preparing it for market, so we are here to help you through the process! Here is what you can expect— • No need to clean up for us! • Our Staging Design Professional™ will arrive on time • She will assess your property from curb to back yard and everything in between. • Depending on your service, you will receive a hands-on staging, walk-and-talk staging or a detailed Staging Report emailed within 3 business days • Get ready for the offers! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is really straightforward, you will receive detailed staging reports after our in-person consultation. In person consultation fee $250.00 Once we move forward and we stage your home this fee comes off of the Total Staging Fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home stager & interior designer and licensed realtor. I am certified by Staging Studio and International Design Technology & I am also a licensed realtor in Connecticut.
