Our project was 3 parts. We had them completely repaint inside our 3500+ sq ft house. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations. They even painted our built-ins, which we didn’t expect, and thoroughly loved! They then had to refinish our basement floors which entailed laying concrete to level a brick area, ripping up several layers of laminate, and then epoxy coating those areas. This was a very labor intensive project and came out perfectly. Lastly, they deep cleaned our entire house. Every bathroom, appliance & surface was cleaned to perfection. We had a few issues come up along the way, but Melvin brought them to our attention, and suggested solutions that fit our budget. This was our first project of this size and it was much easier than we anticipated. If you want professionalism and quality work, hire Sayayin, you will be pleased just like we were! Thanks guys!

I asked for a deep clean of things I dont have the time or equipment to do well. They went above and beyond. All my baseboards are clean, the floors and woodwork look amazing, all appliances like new. I cant recommend enough!!

Sayayin Painting LLC responded quickly to inquiry. He came to my home within an hour for my painting job. I needed a kitchen patched up and painted right away. The first day, two of his employees came and did the patch work. The next day, they did the primer and painting.
I couldn't pick a better group of guys. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up perfectly afterward. I had forgot to fix one thing one thing after they finished and left, and they said they'll come fix it, no problem at all, the next day. I'm looking forward hiring them for all my painting projects.

Melvin was excellent at doing epoxy for our garage floors and painting it as well. He was easy to communicate with and promptly visited our house to give us a quote. He finished the job on time and everything looked great. He is a guy you can trust because there were times we were not even at the house. I highly recommend Sayayaing for any epoxy/paint related work.

This company was great, Melvin and his crew went above and beyond what I expected to be done. I hired them for a deep cleaning and I was blown away by the results. I have regular cleaning done inside every 2 weeks or so and didn’t think my place was that bad in condition but I’m celebrating a birthday party here soon so I decided to get it deep cleaned and I’m so glad I did. They deep cleaned the inside of the house, they did the windows inside and out and power washed the siding of the house ( which I never really noticed how dirty they were ) everything came out great. Melvin was very professional and guided me thru all the questions I had. I had two other contractors give me an estimate and Melvin definitely gave us a great price he was fair and honest. I highly recommend sayayin and will be sure to use them in the future!!
