Sayayin Painting LLC responded quickly to inquiry. He came to my home within an hour for my painting job. I needed a kitchen patched up and painted right away. The first day, two of his employees came and did the patch work. The next day, they did the primer and painting. I couldn't pick a better group of guys. They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up perfectly afterward. I had forgot to fix one thing one thing after they finished and left, and they said they'll come fix it, no problem at all, the next day. I'm looking forward hiring them for all my painting projects.

Melvin was excellent at doing epoxy for our garage floors and painting it as well. He was easy to communicate with and promptly visited our house to give us a quote. He finished the job on time and everything looked great. He is a guy you can trust because there were times we were not even at the house. I highly recommend Sayayaing for any epoxy/paint related work.

This company was great, Melvin and his crew went above and beyond what I expected to be done. I hired them for a deep cleaning and I was blown away by the results. I have regular cleaning done inside every 2 weeks or so and didn’t think my place was that bad in condition but I’m celebrating a birthday party here soon so I decided to get it deep cleaned and I’m so glad I did. They deep cleaned the inside of the house, they did the windows inside and out and power washed the siding of the house ( which I never really noticed how dirty they were ) everything came out great. Melvin was very professional and guided me thru all the questions I had. I had two other contractors give me an estimate and Melvin definitely gave us a great price he was fair and honest. I highly recommend sayayin and will be sure to use them in the future!!

This job was a deep cleaning, and I would like to say that señora Leticia didn’t do a good job; SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB!!! Her team was very professional, punctual and diligent about addressing all of the needs which were agreed-upon prior to her arrival and as well as last minute add-ons. The professionalism of her team, the value of the job and responsiveness was unparalleled. The basement had been flooded and was undergoing multiple floods. 3 feet of the sheetrock had been cut off and the tile had been in water which was dried and set in for over three years. Her crew was able to not just provide empathy for the situation, but also was above and beyond what I had expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Melvin and his team did a great job fixing our garden shed that had been damaged by woodpeckers and rodents. Great carpentry work at a fair price. His guys showed up on time and worked quickly. Melvin checked in regularly. Will definitely use again.
