Very easy to work with and straightforward. Arrived as scheduled on a Saturday morning to give an estimate for replacing two garage door openers, gave a reasonable price, and was able to install them within two hours. I asked if the tension springs needed to be replaced and he told me they could wait, which I appreciated. Would definitely use again.
