I recently had the pleasure of working with Balabanov from Balabanov. Repair and Construction LLC to fix my cloth dryer, and I couldn't be happier with the service! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in a way that I could understand, and efficiently repaired the dryer. Not only did he fix the initial issue, but he also took the time to inspect the entire appliance to ensure everything was in working order. The dryer has been working perfectly ever since!

When my washer broke down with a leak Dimitri came to rescue. He was responsive, professional, did a great job in keeping me up to date on parts order, arrivals, etc. Fingers crossed for no new appliance issues but if happens again I won't hesitate calling Dimitri.

The team responded quickly to my online inquiry. They sent out a technician next day, he arrived in the time window and called on his way over. Gary, the tech, competently disassembled our dryer and showed me each component. He diagnosed the issue, reassembled the machine, and explained all to me. The visit cost $100 plus tip.     I receive a lead, arrange about time of appointment with the customer, then do an inspection, if I can fix it on the spot, I will fix it, if a replacement part is needed, I will send an estimate within 3 days, if the customer approved, I make a new appointment and complete the repair.
