if you pay in cash, you only pay the repair cost, if you pay by check, you pay the price + tax, if you pay by credit card, you pay the price + tax + credit card fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a lead, arrange about time of appointment with the customer, then do an inspection, if I can fix it on the spot, I will fix it, if a replacement part is needed, I will send an estimate within 3 days, if the customer approved, I make a new appointment and complete the repair.
