About
I am man of many hats. Basketball training needed? Pet sitting? Dog walking?
Basketball:
Beginner? Intermediate? High level high school and college? Let’s get to work! I have been a varsity high school basketball coach for over 12 years, being involved in the development and coaching of over 30 division one basketball athletes in NYC and Westchester. I am very detail-oriented from a developmental standpoint and am motivated to get the best out of each and every athlete I am associated with. I never cut corners and can help in the development of beginners up to high school and college level athletes.
Pet Sitting & Dog Walking:
I have also been an avid pet lover and provide pet services for several years. Includes dog walking, dog and cat sitting as well. I aim to ensure you are comfortable when away from your pet. I am willing to do walks (long and short), provide pet care at home, daily visits and feedings for cats, and am open to different requests.
Please reach out to me as I aim to gain your trust and leave you with the comfortability that you pet is in great hands!

Joe has been walking my 2 Labradors weekly. They both took to him right away and he has been really great at handling their energy. You can tell that he is experienced with dogs and enjoys spending time with them.
Details: 2 dogs • 2 - 10 years old • Extra large (70+ lbs) • 30 minutes (standard) • No preference • My home, venue, etc.

Joe from J's Pet Services is an absolute lifesaver! We hired him to care for our two mini Australian Shepherds for ten days, which included a demanding twice-a-day schedule. Joe was incredibly reliable and did a phenomenal job. The picture updates he sent throughout the week were a wonderful and reassuring touch. We came home to two very happy and well-cared-for pups, and the entire family—kids and dad included ;-)—were incredibly grateful. We can't recommend Joe highly enough!

Joe has been a wonderful dog walker for our large 70 lb, anxious but lovable Staffordshire Terrier / German Shepherd mix. Joe is one-of-a-kind: his day job is in finance, and his communication, responsiveness and professionalism are emblems of his career. Because he manages a team in a different time zone, however, he loves to spend time with dogs by caring for them and taking them out for a little fun. Our big beast loves Joe, and we are thrilled that he gets a great energetic walk in when Joe comes each day. So many dog walkers are just that - they are there to perform a task, just getting the dog out and not paying much attention to whether the dog is having a good experience, and in fact many dog walkers aren’t in good enough health to keep up with a ball of energy like ours. Joe is athletic, energetic, and a happy person who really wants the dog to enjoy their time together. We couldn’t be happier with Joe’s service, and highly recommend him.
Details: 1 dog • 2 - 10 years old • Large (41 - 70 lbs) • 30 minutes (standard) • Prefer a private walk for my dog(s) alone • My home, venue, etc.

Joe did a great job looking in on my two kitties. We have a complicated litter robot that is somewhat on the fritz but he was able to manage with ease. He also picked up a package for me in the package room when I asked. He promptly answered texts and sent picture updates. We are using him again for our next trip!
Details: Cat • 2 pets • Giving food and water • Changing litter or bedding • Short visit (30 minutes) • Once a day • My home, venue, etc.

Joe has been so sweet with our little Cindy! Cindy can be a little nervous, but took quickly to Joe. He has been extremely responsive and gives a full report of how our doggie did after each walk. Would 100% recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one hour of a training session, the cost is $100 per player. Average session usually goes 90 minutes. Please message me for further packages (5, 10, 15 session packages with discounts)!
2 Individuals is $65 for each person for the hour
3 Individuals is $60 for each person for the hour
4 Individuals or more is $50 for each person for the hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to spend time getting to know the player, his/her history, and whether or not he or she has mastered the basics. Even players who have played the sport multiple years do not master the basics. I teach, teach, teach as we develop your son/daughter while making them enjoy the session so they continue to have fun in doing so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and developed basketball players my entire adult life. I have been around great high school coaches, division 1-3 college coaches, and professional coaches. I attend coaching clinics regularly as well.
