Superior remodelers did a great job on the windows I needed replacing. One was an old window in my basement and the other in my dining room with a crack straight across. Workers took their time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. My only compliant is it took a while to get the windows but it seems all windows orders have taken a while with everyone in the market so no way to get them any quicker. Overall great experience.

Dave was personable, professional and perhaps most importantly, honest. Dave came all the way out to tell us our deck is structurally sound and a good powerwashing would do us a world of good. The team came in on time and completed the job. They took photos of the progress to show me how the roof looked, where they placed the materials and did an excellent job cleaning up.

Superior stood out from all those who bid the job, and, I have to say, I was amazed by the number of responses and the quality of the responses. Superior was the first to respond (within the first hour) and came to the site with satellite images of the home to be reroofed. Their bid matched the final invoice exactly. The job was scheduled within one week and the roof work was done in two days I was very happy with them and would certainly consider them for other projects.

We do have a standard price per sq foot, but it is variable based on the degree of difficulty of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to talk to the customer and find out their needs. Next we schedule an appointment, at which time we leave them a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have been and continue to attend all related classes or training that is available.
