I scheduled with TriState to pick up 15 bags of garbage, and I was trying to confirm if the guy(Joe) I scheduled for a pick up is coming or not and I called him couple of times and also sent a voice messgae, texted him numerous times, and also sent messages on thumbtack but he never replied back. This company is really bad with the proper communication and not responsible for the business agreement. I do not recommend him at all. Most likely he will not show up at the date and the time that he scheduled for.
Details: No large items to haul • Mixed trash • Enough to fill half of a pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs
