Chad’s Tree Service (Chad and his crew) were excellent and exceeded expectations because they were prompt, worked very hard (straight through), worked cohesively, were very nice, took feedback, listened and made adjustments on the fly; and they knew what to cut & not cut. Chad has vision and knows how to get it done. He’s big picture and doesn’t nickel & dime. Tip: consider ahead of time if you can live with trees and/or wood chips left behind.

Hiring chads company wasn’t the best decision for me. I hired him because he seemed responsible and knew what he was doing. Other companies were less but I felt hiring him would be less problems. He arrived gave estimate, unfortunately there was some confusion about how many trees, I thought ten, once he was on the site he said 7, was only six because while cutting they talked me out of cutting down one of the bigger trees because it was a maple. They gave me 200 off when it should’ve been 550. They were supposed to take away a tree that can’t be burned and cut up the other for me to spilt. On site they argued that I can burn that verity of tree and left it. They were finished in the afternoon, I paid them their asking rate. Next morning when I saw the damage I wish I held off on payment. Airstream was dented (main reason I booked them was to make sure that didn’t happen) a statue and totem poll hit. Logs not completely sawed for me to chop, so now I have huge logs that I can’t use for fire wood or move on my own. Chad said he would swing over and check out everything, never showed.

Hi Abigail, unfortunately none of this is accurate. Originally, your estimate was $4000 for 8 trees. You didn’t want me to bring my bucket truck or chip any material, which I explained would make things considerably harder and more expensive. After agreeing, we had a difficult time getting into your driveway as it is not cleaned, salted or sanded. We had to do that ourselves. You had several other companies come out and must have confused the 10 tree discussion with someone else. Once I got there to do the work, you argued me down to $3800, even though that was never the price. I talked you out of a tree that is benefiting your yard, with all of the stuff you currently have there. I said that I will come out there check things out, and I will. I called you back and you haven’t returned my call, so I don’t appreciate this hastily left review. Further, the airstream was dented before I started work there. I took a picture prior to beginning work, just in case something like this happened. I’ve had customers blame me for damage before so I knew what to expect as soon as I saw that dent, since the airstream was right under where I’d be working. You can zoom in on the picture you attached to this review and see how old the rust is inside this dent. If you would call me back today, I will happily come out and fix what I can. I’d also appreciate if you change this review to be accurate and remove the statement about the airstream since that is patently false.

Chad is a friendly, and fantastic person, he is a conscientious business man, efficient, knowledgeble and timely. He kept his word, and that says alot in today's world. Hi, you called me for a job yesterday. I gave you an estimate and told you I could get it done today. You called me this morning while I was at another job. I drove by your job and you got the work all done all ready. I called you to ask what was up because I was getting you the proposal as we discussed, you then called me again, swore at me about being a prick and I asked you not to call me anymore. I had no opportunity to work for you, or give you an impression of who I am as a company, or my attitude, because you hired someone else. I don’t appreciate being sworn at by anybody, especially when I am getting prepared to complete a job for a very reasonable price. Thank you

Chads tree service went above and beyond to make our vision happen. He did all of our landscaping for our home which is about 2 acres. I am extremely impressed!!
