Introduction

This firm handles patent and trademark matters and most work is performed at FIXED FEES which are listed on our web page. I am located in CONNECTICUT but I work with clients all over the country and the world. If you are filing for a TM, we either perform a free knockout search or, for an extra fee, a comprehensive search which is a computer generated search. I will discuss these searches with you during our initial consultation. As for me, I've personally filed thousands of trademark applications and prosecuted well over 100 patent applications to allowance. I've also taken over prosecution of cases from clients who filed using online services (e.g. Legal Zoom) or from other attorneys when the client was told their trademark would be refused registration. Part of protecting your intellectual property is learning about your business to make sure you are filing for the correct trademark(s). We also are happy to discuss any patent and/or copyright questions you may have to further protect your intellectual property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an attorney with a background in computer engineering and music. I have been practicing law since 2005. I started off doing intellectual property work for Fortune 100 companies and am now using that experience to help smaller companies who may not want to engage larger law firms.
