Very pleasant, he came right out. My treadmill had a squeak, he lubed everything, checked every single bolt and screw, it was a very evasive squeak lol but he fixed it. He under estimates his worth! I need to order a part for my bike but he will be coming back to fix it when I get the part. If you are like I was and worried about not hiring the right guy, do not worry. You will be happy with his work!
