I had my roof done 5 months ago and its been holding up extremely well!! I have so much great things to say but my review will turn into a book. lol. No issues, no surprises, and it still looks great. The shingle color hasnt faded at all. From day one, the level of professionalism was impressive. The team was organized, on time, and kept everything clean and well coordinated throughout the project. There was a team on the roof, a team constantly cleaning up hazards, and a supervisor watching it all from across the street with eyes on both teams making sure they were working efficiently and clean. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect. I really liked the progress photos. I received photos of the roof before installation, photos showing all the shingles being peeled off, and after photos. They were very transparent. At no point did I have to wonder if they cut corners. If plans needed to be changed installation would halt and Charles would reach out to me for my feedback before proceeding. They were so professional and organized that my neighbors all complimented them after they left.What really set them apart was the follow-up. They actually checked back in after the job was completed to make sure everything was still holding up. Most companies disappear the second payment clears, but not this one. That kind of accountability shows they truly stand behind their work and actually care about long term quality not just an Good luck wave after installation day. They started at 7am and was finished by 2pm same day. No layovers, no bare roof for weeks just overall professional. They even moved the patio furniture and put it back.Special shout out to Charles for being so professional and easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth and extremely stress free. Everyone who talks about roof work or siding I always mention Charles at Pro Exteriors.After spending a few weeks getting quotes and meeting contractors I realized its rare to find a contractor with a solid team, strong organization, and genuine integrity. All the others I spoke with lacked 1 of the 3 which made me hesitate. Im so happy to have found this company! I HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyone who wants a roof done right and a company that doesnt vanish once the job is over.

We had our siding and roof replaced last summer. Honestly looks like a whole new house. Every part of the process was explained beforehand, from the solar panel removal and reinstallation process, to help with figuring out financing, etc. When it came time to start the work, the crews were professional and quick, and our project was complete within a week. Everything looks great. Whats even better is Ivan has amazing customer service and responds to any question or concern I have quickly and honestly.

Pro Exteriors is all you need to make your house look new again and safe! Charles and his crew replaced our roof and the old cedar planks underneath, replaced our gutters, and power washed our house for a very reasonable cost! We are so pleased with how pretty she looks! No more moss on the roof or siding and gutters that move the rain where it should go, away from our house! They were on time, fast, and tidy. Thank you so much guys!
