The best Real Estate Attorney we have ever used. I am a real estate agent, and Dan Hamad takes great care of our clients, and creates smooth transactions.

Atty Hamad was great to work with, and he understood the financial pressures I was under; he went the extra mile and rushed to get the wire in so I could go into the weekend with my payout. Thank you so much!

first time homebuyer so i wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the very initial request for a quote Dan was very responsive and up front the entire way through. although working with some other parties throughout was a bit of a challenge for me, this portion was effortless!

Dan is an excellent attorney who brings his wide breathe of knowledge to bear for his clients. He is meticulous and understands not only the laws, rules, and regulations but the reasons they exist and how they interact with each other thereby adding value for his clients. Whether it is a straight forward residential purchase or a complex commercial closing Dan has the experience to get the job done. He is also well informed on the rules surrounding condominium sales which can be tricky area for many attorneys.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For residential closings, fees are generally taken out of proceeds at closing and little or nothing is due up front.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Real Estate Purchases Real Estate Refinances Real Estate Sales Commercial Real Estate We handle all kinds of transactional real estate work, and much more besides.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Finding the right closing attorney is very important. As simple - or complex - as closing a loan might be, you want to be comfortable with who you're dealing with. Make sure that the attorney isn't charging wire fees, FedEx fees, phone fees, and other fees that they don't include in their up-front price quote. Also, on the residential side, never hire an attorney that isn't working on a flat-fee basis.
