To say that the New Haven area real estate market right now is a seller's paradise is an understatement! This incredibly hot real estate market from a buyer's perspective is extremely difficult to break into. Carol and James with their expert knowledge and understanding of home values was able to do it in about 3 months, for 10% LESS than list price, and in a prime location--Spring Glenn/North Haven! This is no small feat considering we moved half way across the country. Carol's company Farnam Realty Group is a full service reality company. They even provided a short term lease option while we looked for a home. It was a pleasure to be represented by and work with Carol and James! They are an incredible team and run a superb company. They were sensitive to our needs and forthright when our expectations were out of sink with the market and our budgetary limitations.
