I have nothing but good things to say. I contacted AA - MSA for a Home Inspection + Radon and Water Test. I am in the middle of purchasing a home so I wanted the piece of mind. Joe was on time, a bit earlier, and was ready to go. He proceeded to walk me around the outside of the house and explain to me what would be going on and what this inspection consists of. Having worked in Construction I was still impressed with the knowledge Joe presented to me. He took his time and went through the whole house and didnt hesitate to answer any question I had during the process. When he did find something, he would let me know the options to fix or bring to code the issue. Then he would explain what he would do given the circumstances of what he found. No matter how small or big the issue was he took this same approach. I highly recommend this company for Inspections. Joe is a professional, and thats what it takes when dealing with people whom may be buying a home.

Guys look no further. End your search right here!!. I spoke with Joe on the phone, this being my first home I had a lot of questions and even bigger concerns. Joe answered every one of my questions with detail. The guy treated me like family from the second he answered my call. Not only did he give me a better quote, they worked around my schedule. I also want to thank Vita ( my guardian angel) AA-MSA are doing an amazing job. My inspector was Rich M. Came 15 mins early to check the property on his own. Professionalism A1. Knowledge A1. OMG! John was the absolute BEST!! He arrived early ("if you're early you're on time, if you're on time, you're late".), he was professional, and so thorough! John addressed every nook and cranny of the home we are looking at purchasing. He told us what would need to be addressed in order of importance, and we had his comprehensive report when we woke up the next morning!! John explained things to us clearly, as he inspected the home, pointed things out to us so we would know what he was referring to, and so there were no "surprises" in the report. John didn't just do the inspection, and send us a report, he made sure we understood what the concerns were and how concerning they were. I can not say enough about John and AA-MSA. We were able to schedule quickly, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to others, and will look to have him inspect any projects we so at our new home!

Our pricing is GUARANTEED competitive. If within 90 days of our service you hear a lower price, tell us and we will reimburse you the difference! Guaranteed!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Buyer advocate, AA-MSA inspectors work for you to find defects and conditions of obsolescence that can cost you thousands. We meet with you on the day of inspection and in easy to understand terms, we point out the defects and obsolescence that could lead to failure and thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses. Plus we provide a cost estimate of costs. Buyers often use our inspection report repair estimate to win concessions from the sellers. Then for as long as you own the property, we are available to provide you with guidance on maintenance and repairs. This "guidance" is free of charge for as long as you own the property!
