- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'd prefer to speak to customers directly and set up a date to review work in person. I can give remote quotes via video chat or messaging but are not guaranteed. *Deposits are required up to three days in advanced of project start date for most projects.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the home repair business at a young age working with my grandfather, who was the definition of "jack of all trades, master of none". During the days as a child, he would take me along to do all his house calls, ranging from painting to plumbing to even major additions. In the evening, we would get home, and he would begin preparing dinner for my grandmother and I, and then we'd head for the garage. I've seen him repair doors torn off from accidents to rebuilding entire engines. as far as I know, no one was ever allowed to do work in our home but him.
