Yes I have a flat rate system very simple a diagnostic fee find out problem and give repair and price options
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain the process of how things work showing the difference in a new parts over a broken one when needed. My explanation and system of options leaves my customers making educated decisions because they have learned something as well
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state licensed and take part in continuous education making myself knowledgable in all the modern equipment and energy savings. I put myself out there to always learn new and innovative things
