- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. Most beauty professionals will up-charge for items, like false eyelashes, but my pricing is all inclusive so there are no surprise expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is interested in booking me we will start out with a brief conversation on the app, I typically ask what type of event they are booking me for, where the event is being held and we discuss my pricing model.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Makeup Artist. I obtained my original training at Brio Academy of Cosmetology and have recently obtained training in Special Fx Makeup as well as Airbrush Makeup. There is no such thing as a Certified Makeup Artist, at least not in Connecticut, as the state does have any formal certification processes.
