If you are looking for a reliable and exceptional construction team, please look no further than Roger Sylvia! If Thumbtack allowed it, I would say all five of the above: responsiveness, value, punctuality, work quality, and professionalism were outstanding! He was quick to give a fair and reasonable estimate on a sheet rock job and did an exceptional job repairing it even better than it was originally and meticulously cleaning the area when he was finished! He communicated every step of the way, answered all my questions, made the process easy and called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would! Even though it says painting, he does all sorts of jobs like replacing trim inside and out, sheet rock, power, washing, and lots of other things. Thank you Roger and team! I look forward to the next two estimates and working with you again!

Roger did a great job painting the room that we are making into a nursery for our first baby. He was very punctual, affordable and kind. We will definitely use his services for future painting.

Mr. Roger Silva is definitely the certified, professional, all around painter in the business who is very punctual, who has the desire, determination, motivation to delivered nothing but the best as a painter. His quotes are reasonable. I am very picky and selective because I like quality but after Roger and his crew painted my living room and Master bedroom I knew right then and there I would recommend him to others and rehired him again to paint both the interior and exterior of my dwelling. Roger and his team are diligent, has positive attitude, skillful and they cleanup after themselves. My experience with him was positive. Thumbs up Roger!!! Great Job!!! Much Blessing....

Roger and his helper Mario were superb!! They were on time every day, very professional, and clean! I dont think you can beat their pricing either! Roger striped and painted our deck as well as our front door. We will be having them do some interior work for us in the next couple of months. If you are looking for a company with skilled painters and fair pricing you have found them!!

We just hired and had a job completed by R Silva Painting LLC. They were the first quote that we received out of five and turned out to be the best, not only in value, but in professionalism, responsiveness, quality and punctuality. Roger and his team booked an appointment with us to give us a quote and showed up on time. They are the only ones who did that! They responded to all of our questions via Thumbtack and text promptly, and we quickly hired them for the job. They told us to pick the paint color and that they would be at our home at 8am on Monday morning, and they were there on time. They worked diligently for the next four days until they completed patching, and painting our two story foyer, staircase and upstairs hallway with ceilings. The job came out so well that we hired them for the next phase of the project beginning right after Christmas. We will also have them back after that as we complete the rest of the interior of our house, one section at a time. Roger was very respectful of our home, he was extremely kind, and also very appreciative to have the opportunity to work at our home. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants their home painted!
