I would highly recommend Property Revival Patrick came and gave me a reasonable price for painting exterior of home. I also had Deck painted as well. His crew came everyday on time and did a wonderful job. If I had any questions for Patrick I could call him or text him and he would respond Immediately. He is very personable individual and very easy to talk to. I would hire this company again.

Patrick was so personable and always on time. He replaced all the rotting wood and made sure we were on the same page with what we envisioned. TLDR: amazing job! Very happy with the hire! Detailed review: I found Property Revival LLC on Thumbtack and they had great reviews so I made an appointment for the following week. I got a message from Patrick saying there was an earlier Time-slot available for the day I selected and since I work from home, that worked for me, happy to have it done even sooner! Patrick showed up the day of the appointment and walked me through some of the process and asked me to make sure the windows were closed/locked so there would be no chance of them swinging open/falling while being pressure-washed. I was very happy he asked me to double check because it turns out that nearly half our windows weren’t locked, not open, just not locked, so very good call for him to ask to prevent anything from happening! Patrick did a great job of pressure-washing the siding, the walkway to the pool, under the deck (he also moved our outside storage bins to get a more thorough clean which I appreciated!) and even our fence I think because it had some grass stains from mowing that I can’t get off with the hose that were suddenly gone! I had also made a comment about needing to get the deck stained at some point and Patrick mentioned he could do that after pressure-washing and brought out a pamphlet with the types of stain they offer and the colors. He wasn’t pushy at all! Just told me he could do it and left me with the pamphlet and I decided to go ahead and knock that project out too! So he pressure-washed one day and then came back the next two days to paint the stairs, the underside of the deck and support columns, it looks SO much better now!!! Super happy with Property Revival LLC and Patrick! He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and did great work! Would hire again! Thank you! ~Diana
