- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different for all clients depending on session frequency, clients fitness goals, and any extra services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m usually very cautious in the first couple sessions with every client. I like to take an easy approach so I am able to learn the clients limitations and abilities when performing exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and fully insured to be a personal trainer. I have my bachelors degree in exercise science. currently, I am working on my second bachelors degree in dietetics and I am in the process of becoming a registered dietitian. I am a former division two track and field athlete. I have experience working with athletes with strength and conditioning and speed development. I spent time in Miami, Florida with the Florida international University division one athletic teams working with the strength and conditioning program.
