- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BioClean's initial consultation and inspection is free for Thumbtack clients, If during the inspection it is determined that laboratory testing would be beneficial or needed, all charges will be fully discussed prior to being performed. However, based on the equipment required, types of fungicides employed, square footage treated, and types and quantity of laboratory test (if needed), remediation pricing varies specific to the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BioClean starts with a consultation and inspection to determine the best course of action to rid your home of Mold, Odors, and Allergens. Using specialized equipment, BioClean will evaluate the environmental conditionality for air quality concerns and, if beneficial or required, recommend the sampling methods for laboratory analysis best suited for further diagnosis. BioClean will then use the best established guidelines to contain, kill, and remove the problem contaminates leaving your home clean and healthy
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BioClean, being mentored by a Microbiologist, performs remediation in compliance with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) mold removal guidelines, The New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Bureau of Environmental & Occupational Disease Epidemiology guidelines or in compliance with EPA mold removal guidelines for schools and commercial buildings. BioClean is also a member of NAMRI, National Association of Mold Remediators & Inspectors
