- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. I charge a base price for up to 2 hours and my pricing goes from there. I charge additional for mileage outside of the Milford, CT area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I try to set up time to talk to them and answer any questions they may have about me or my work. I provide references and samples of my work and recommendations of other vendors (catering, balloons) that they have expressed interest in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been artistic, from theatre, singing and drawing. I adapted my drawing to face painting in 2012 and I am still loving painting at various events ever since. I am constantly buying books and watching videos to learn cool new designs.
