Excellent experience working with Bob. I am fairly computer literate but not as strong with networking and wi-fi. Bob repaired my system and increased the performance. I learned a lot from working with him and would highly recommend him.

I contacted Rcd Computing to perform a service call on my 82-year-old elderly father's computer, who lives multiple states away. They responded within minutes, spoke with me about the issues of concern, and arrived on time the next day. The IT Tech solved all the computer issues, established a remote connection for my father and me so I could log in and also helped my father in the future with simple issues that he gets confused with. He also customized my father's computer to fit his needs (feeble vision). He went above and beyond to improve the ease and accessibility of use. Even though the IT Technician's knowledge and capabilities far exceeded the repair, my father and I truly enjoyed his visit, and I listened in on speakerphone from a long distance. The cost of the service call was more than reasonable, so much so that I've requested scheduled service calls during the year to make sure my father's computer continues to function correctly. Also, at his request, because he enjoyed the technician's visit, it served as more than just an average service call. That illustrates the courtesy and personality of Rcd Computing. They have earned our trust, and my father and I look forward to our continued relationship.
