Pool/Billiards holds a special place in my heart, childhood memories. I bought a beautiful Empire pool table online (Amazon) however the installer was just a general handy man. In short, my pool table had many serious issues, since the first play.
Arthur went above and beyond to repair and address each and every issue. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure everything was in perfect working order and pristine. What really stood out was how he took the time to explain the repairs, offered helpful maintenance tips, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the result. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and executes flawlessly.
