I really love working with animals, as I believe the stats about reducing stress, increasing happiness, and general fun interaction with furry friends. I've had pets for over 20 years, and of all ages. I pride myself in truly providing loving interaction and a clean home for them and you. There's definitely a satisfaction in seeing a job well done. I have my own reliable transportation, and am comfortable driving in all kinds of weather to ensure the job is done. Covid vaccinated and boosted, and willing to be masked at customer's request. Easy access to regular testing if you'd like a negative result before meeting. Very conscious about sanitizing and safety measures.

I had Allyson over before her overnight stay to make sure my dog Tani was going to be OK with her. Tani was a puppy mill breeder & spent her first 5 to 6 years in a cage, I knew within seconds of meeting her that they would be fine with each other. I reviewed things she needed to know while staying with Tani. Allyson impressed me by asking a couple of questions about things I hadn't covered. She further impressed me by sending me an unsolicited photo of Tani a couple of hours after she got here. She left my place spotless. There was a note from her covering what they did & other household details. I will have her back in my house any time without reservation.

This was the first time I hired Allyson to pet sit my dog. She came out for a meet and greet, and I felt very confident hiring her after our meeting. She was very friendly and interacted well with my dog, who can be a bit high strung! She helped me out by being available on Easter when my usual sitter was not available. She sent great pictures of my furbaby when she was here and texted "pupdates" to let me know how he was doing. I left a note with instructions, and she was excellent at following them. I would definitely hire her again!

Allyson was responsive from the first time, I reached out, throughout my trip, and upon my return. She was detail oriented from the first visit to meet Poppy and throughout my vacation. Poppy required medication twice a day, and she was able to accommodate my schedule and was successful in making sure Poppy received the correct medication in a timely fashion. I received updates every day, and she answered all questions that I had no matter how simple or repetitive they were. She gave me a peace of mind while I was on vacation so that I could actually relax and enjoy myself. I will use her again in the future, I strongly recommend using Allyson

I take travel/gas in to the pricing equation. From there, usually minimum wage per hour. If it's a long term job, price negotiations are understandable. If I go above and beyond your expectations, tips are appreciated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messenger introductions. Receive expectations of job offer. Meet customer for a brief in-person conversation on-site to review house/meet pets. Text or call with questions, or follow-up. Complete job. Receive payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Stage Management, which includes hospitality, customer service, and organization. I strive to complete a job 100% the first time (like theatre, I get one shot to get it done right).
