- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take travel/gas in to the pricing equation. From there, usually minimum wage per hour. If it's a long term job, price negotiations are understandable. If I go above and beyond your expectations, tips are appreciated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messenger introductions. Receive expectations of job offer. Meet customer for a brief in-person conversation on-site to review house/meet pets. Text or call with questions, or follow-up. Complete job. Receive payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Stage Management, which includes hospitality, customer service, and organization. I strive to complete a job 100% the first time (like theatre, I get one shot to get it done right).
