Introduction

First and foremost, my husband and I have been Disc Jockey's for over 33 years. My husband and I started in the business when Disc Jockey's were just becoming popular. Back then we did not have the technology we do today with regards to Facebook and websites to make your business look good. Our business was based on word of mouth, performance and customer service. So here were are 33 years later and what makes us stand out from others is a proven track record with no previous website, no previous Facebook, just our reputation. Most of the new DJ's do not have a good understanding of how to get their audience engaged. Sure, they can play from a play list that is provided to them, but oftentimes that is not enough. You have to know your audience and know how to work within what their wants are. After all, It's not about us, "It's all about you"!! We love the diversity of being DJ's for a variety of different social events; weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, etc. The job is never the same, the experience is completely different based on the party, venue, theme and guests. It's always an experience for us and we love making an unbelievable experience for our customers. After all, "It's all about you"!

We hired It's All About You Disc Jockey Services for my daughter's Sweet 16 and they were amazing! Pam and Joe were both professional and fun. They were set up and ready to go well before the party started. The theme was Phantom of the Opera and wouldn't you know we were so excited to see that they took it to the next level by downloading so many Phantom of the Opera backdrops along with their usual backdrops! The way they engaged with the guests both adults and teenagers was wonderful to see. You can tell they enjoy the work they're doing. Can we take a moment to talk about the props? There were more than enough to go around and we had 120 people show. We had so many beautiful and funny pictures! That booth was a major hit! Every time I looked the booth was crowded with excited people and Pam and her staff kept their cool and didn't miss a beat! Honestly their prices are low considering the level of service we received. They truly went above and beyond to help make our party a success. I can't say enough about them except you need to hire them, you won't be disappointed.

The green screen photo booth was AWESOME!!!!! Lets take it back to the start of it all: From the start they were awesome to work with. Super accommodating. I talked to both Joe and Pam at different times and they did not miss a beat. They always knew where we left off in conversations/emails and were very much synchronized. It didn't matter if I spoke to one person or the other. They emailed as necessary. I loved that they asked for what I wanted as backgrounds and didn't freak out when I sent 16 IMAGES. They used each one.LOL. It was very organized in a binder for students to chose the one they wanted. When it came to the logo at the bottom of the strip, they took my suggestion and although not possible, the one they made instead was perfect. When they told me at the end, it was so great how they were able to add the flapper feather headband :-) They also provide their own backgrounds (which they didn't mind me not using. Since I wanted to stick to the 1920s theme.) Once They arrived, they found me and they set up very quickly and were welcoming and patient all throughout the night. I made a "Photo Booth" signage in the 1920s theme and they were so sweet about it :-) they put it up right away and even took it with them. I loved and appreciated it so much the fact that they willingly passed out 5x7 photos to couples. It was such an awesome surprised. There were absolutely no issues with their equipment. All images printed quickly and every student really did get a photo for every shot they were in! They were so psyched about the whole thing! The caterers were also allowed to take a picture and the chaperones took one also.💯

So happy to hear that everyone had a great time and memorable time. When we handed out the 4X6's to the students, they were so happy and over and over, they all said they were going to frame the picture. There was a brother and sister that came through the Photo Booth and we actually gave them (4) 4X6 pictures; one for each of them and one for mom & dad; can't forget about mom and dad and they were so happy and appreciative. It's All About You DJ Services is amazing! We are thrilled to have had Pam, Joe and Tito for our son and lovely new daughter-in-law's wedding this past Saturday! From the very beginning, they were fabulous! It's All About You completely made the evening all about the two newlyweds and made sure the evening ran exactly the way our young couple requested. From the beginning Pam's organization with getting all the contract info together helped to ensure the night was a success. She completely put everyone at ease during the planning process. What a pleasure to work with! Then with the introductions and the first dances, to the throwing of the bouquet, garter belt, and cake cutting, Tito had an electrifying ability to get the guests pumped and ready to party. Add to that Joe's music selections that got everyone dancing-including the groom's 75 year old grandmother who danced ALL night - they were truly awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better night. People danced until we were kicked out! Everyone had such a fun and memorable time! Thank you, Pam, Joe and Tito, for being the best at what you do!!! It's All About You DJ Services is the absolute best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have complicated pricing. It is straight forward, based on what the client's needs are and the length of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new customer is to first make phone contact. After having a brief phone conversation, we then set up a time to meet with our client to go over their vision of their upcoming event. Once we are hired we send them and email recapping our conversations, and include in the email our Wedding Party List, which is a Word Document for the client to fill out in terms of activities they want covered at their event, genre of music they want played and not played, etc. We also include our Insurance, Certificate of Liability and Contract specifying every detail we discussed. We advise the customer at this time that we are available for any questions they may have and advise to have the Wedding Party List back to us within 30 days of their event. Once we receive the Wedding Party List back we review the list very carefully and circle back with our customer to go over every aspect of the Wedding Party List to make sure we are both on the same page with the information they have provided. Once we have finalized the Wedding Party List, we suggest that our client forward the Wedding Party List to their Event Planner to make sure that we are all on the same page; Venue, Customer and DJ. We feel it's better to be proactive to ensure that our client's vision is fulfilled.

Of course we are constantly staying up with the latest technology and latest music. We are able to do this by way of on line DJ resources, networking and also by way of our customers and what their requests are.
