- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: Begin by scheduling a discovery call or meeting. Ask open-ended questions to understand the client’s travel preferences, budget, travel style, and previous experiences. 2. Research and Personalization: Based on the consultation, research destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with their preferences. Provide personalized suggestions rather than generic packages. 3. Presentation of Options: Offer 2-3 well-researched, tailored itineraries that include different price points or experiences. Highlight why each option suits their preferences. 4. Address Questions and Concerns: Be ready to answer questions, provide insights, and reassure the client about safety, logistics, and special requirements. 5. Transparency and Flexibility: Be clear about pricing, terms, and any additional fees. Be open to modifying the itinerary based on their feedback. 6.
