- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I enjoy getting the details of the theme they are looking to create. I take the time to understand what designs the customer is looking for as well as providing any suggestions I feel would make the dessert more enjoyable. From there, I create an order form with the client, pricing and schedule delivery or pick up of the order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Nutritional Sciences and I am a Dietetic Technician which allows me to create desserts for dietary restrictions including Gluten Free, Sugar Free & Dairy Free options
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started making hot cocoa bombs for family and friends. I would make them for the holidays with decorative designs etc. eventually, I turned my cocoa bombs into Sweets by Steph with the addition of other treat options
