- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies from photoshoot to photoshoot but is always reasonable. I do like to work within my client's budget as best I can. Pricing is just one way I want to best provide wonderful service to any and all of my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to have a short conversation to find out exactly what kind of photoshoot is desired. This allows us to ask any questions and discuss examples of shots wanted by the client. After we get the ideas down and everyone is comfortable with the direction of the photoshoot the next step is to fill out the necessary paperwork (i.e. service contracts). then all that's left is the fun part, the photoshoot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like many others in my field, I am self-taught. Many hours of honing my skills went into this love of mine. My love for photography started when I was a child, and from there I made a lot of mistakes and learned even more lessons to get to where I am today having the ability to provide top-quality service to anyone who comes my way.
