FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I’ll do is contact the customer to get more information on what exactly they’re looking for. Also, I ask specific questions about the house that’ll help me put together an accurate quote. We’ll then set up a time to do a walkthrough. After I’d send out a formal quote for an approval. Upon approval, we’ll contact the customer to find a fixed day and time that works best for them. The new customer will have access to our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform where they’re able to see all of their cleaning appointments 6 months out. They can also put in any new request on the client hub.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken two courses specific for the cleaning business. Everything from how to clean efficiently and effectively to how to manage the administrative end of the business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom has been in the cleaning biz since I was a kid. She taught the in’s and out’s of the industry. So excellency and quality in the cleaning industry comes natural to me. I’m passionate about what I do because I’m familiar with it since my youth.
