Steven was excellent. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a clear communicator. I hired Chimney Experts for an inspection and subsequent repair of my chimney. During the inspection, Steve took the time to explain each of the sub-areas to say what is in good shape, what needed repair, and what was close to needing repair. For the chimney repair itself, Steve performed it himself and did a great job repairing and replacing the damaged chimney components. Pricing was very honest and fair for quality work and talking to the office was easy to set up billing.

Great experience. Simple cleaning went well but more importantly the technician discovered some serious problems with the masonry and the smoke chamber. These problems could’ve led to a house fire if we did not treat them, made a decision to hire the company to take care of the problem, which was completed the next day. I recommend the company.
