- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Site visits are typically $100 flat rate for up to two hours, during which I can address most onsite issues at no extra charge. However, if it's determined in advance that the work will involve extended time (e.g., multiple PCs or issues), the rate is generally $150 flat rate. Custom Gaming PC Builds are $150 flat rate for labor, and I'll help you pick out all parts based on your budget. Annual contract options are available for customers seeking regular monthly or quarterly visits for computer and technology maintenance, as well as for small businesses needing ongoing IT support (e.g., Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, SharePoint, RMM, and endpoint management). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling a site visit, I like to thoroughly understand the work required. This may include reviewing photos of the PC or issue, checking serial numbers, and verifying part compatibility with your equipment. I’ll also ensure that expectations for the outcome are clear, reasonable, and transparent.
