Introduction
My design background includes a bachelors degree in Interior Design and over 15 years experience working on high end residential and commercial interiors. My services range from consultation to full service interiors. I work with each client to best suit there needs, lifestyle and budget. I work with digital presentations and computer drawings for space planning and elevations to help my clients visualize their design.
My expertise includes all design styles. I pride myself on creating a space that my clients love and enjoy for years to come. Helping them make the design process enjoyable and stress-free while eliminating costly mistakes.

Many thanks to Cara Mayes of Grey House Interiors for the superlative job she did guiding me through the recent renovation and redecorating of my 2-story St Petersburg home. I couldn't be more pleased with how she beautifully coordinated everything from flooring selections to finishes, furnishings, and the final accessories. I'm very grateful for her attentiveness to the particular needs and preferences of our family. She was especially creative in re- working several favorite pieces of my existing furniture to fit in with the overall updated look. Cara was delightful to work with. Cara did an awesome job. She helped us preplan our fixtures, select furniture for the dining room, family room, kitchen nook and bedroom. She also did all the window treatments and even garage art for the outside. She also 'shopped' for the finishing touches. It came out beautifully. Everyone who comes into our home compliments the exquisite job Cara did!

Cara is fantastic!! She did a beautiful job on our Master Bedroom and we are looking forward to completing the remaining rooms in our house. I cried when I saw the bedroom because it was so much more than I could have ever imagined! Cara is extremely professional and she has a wonderful way of making your vision into reality. She also has a soothing demeanor. I am eagerly anticipating our next project!

I hired Cara to help with decorating a new home I purchased. The house is beautiful but I was at a loss on how to make it my "home". Cara not only made it a beautiful home, she took time to ask questions about my thoughts, lifestyle, my budget and what likes and dislikes I had.
