I've worked with Kennedy Nichols Construction on two projects with great results. I am a licensed design professional and many of my friends in the industry have commented about the quality of my build and the execution of various details. Working with Kennedy, his crew and subs was easy. They went out of their way to facilitate long distance communication. For example, my project kicked off early during the pandemic when finding local accommodations was difficult. Kennedy arranged to have an RV on the property when I traveled there for a site visit. Highly recommend!

So grateful to have found Kennedy Nichols! Kennedy brings a dedication and integrity that is a breath of fresh air. Our first project was a challenge that many others had tried to solve over the course of 4 years. Kennedy was determined to get to the root of the problem and had it fixed in a few months.
