FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate is negotiable and not fixed by law. As a RE broker and appraiser everything must be transparent & to working fairly and equally with the client to achieve his or her goals PERIOD. I believe in the golden rule and expect that in return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do client counseling to better understand the situation so we can respond properly tasking into full account the potential client's real estate situation. I have taken numerous RE client counseling courses from national experts, The Chathams from California and have been taught by many RE experts & have been mentored over the country over the decades by some really superb RE professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
not only are we required for 12 hours for real estate and 28 hours appraising bi-annually but whenever possible I take relevant real estate courses, seminars, webinars, go to marketing sessions and events, and participate in relevant interactions in CT, New England, New York & sometimes beyond.
