FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my extensive experience and dedication to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively. I offer transparent, flat-fee structures for most mediations, ensuring no hidden costs. Discounts are available for non-profit organizations, veterans, and low-income individuals. My goal is to make professional mediation accessible while maintaining the highest quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation to understand your unique needs and goals. From there, I explain the mediation process, establish clear expectations, and work collaboratively to create a safe, neutral environment for discussions. I use proven techniques to ensure all parties feel heard and respected, guiding them toward practical, lasting solutions. My approach is client-centered and tailored to meet your specific situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold advanced degrees in social work, psychology, sociology and education along with certifications in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation. With years of experience as a business mediator and human behavior practitioner, I’ve mediated cases in family law, workplace conflicts, education conflicts and contractual disputes. My expertise is further enhanced by training in trauma-informed practices and my role as an adjunct professor teaching mediation skills.
